food for thought

With everything being as it is these days, I figured it might be a good time to start laying in an emergency backup supply of things such as food, water, medical supplies and ammo. As I was putting together my BugOut Bag I made this cool little cooking setup that is very portable, just in case.. Everything you see here one my coffee table fits neatly into this storage pouch which in-turn attaches to the bug-out bag. As much as possible, the stuff is titanium. Expensive but very lightweight. Hopefully, the only use it will ever see is when I go camping. Being prepared is not quite the same thing as looking forward to the apocalypse. I am now in the process of building up a three or four month food supply. After that, its time to buy a generator and a water system.
