hypocrisy

Do as I say, not as I do. We have all heard that line before. Usually something a parent might say to a wayward child. But when it coms to adults saying things like this to other adults, well that my friends is the embodiment of hypocrisy. So you might imagine how I reacted when Apple took the PARLER app off it’s iOS App Store saying it was unfit and violated Apple’s standards. AND on the same day, Apple’s longtime business rival amazon, not only took the app off the A W S servers, it was taken off the GOOGLE android app store. A clearly orchestrated tag team effort to destroy a privately owned company because PARLER welcomes TRUMP supporters and free thinking patriots to their platform. So it is okay for Jack Dorsey to ban TRUMP from Twitter for life, because Twitter is a privately owned company. And Mark Zuckerberg can ban TRUMP for life on FakeBook because that piece of shit is also privately owned. However, PARLER can be ran out of business overnight and being privately owned doesn’t mean shit in this instance… Let us take a closer look at those lofty standards Apple and amazon are using as a bludgeon against PARLER. First lets look at some of the rather sketchy content I found on Apple’s streaming music service.  music. Keep in mind, there is no way Apple can assure parents that a child or someone with mental issues, can not stream or download this content. Check this out for yourself…

Now lets take a look at amazon and its high standards. Keep in mind amazon did the most damage to PARLER by denying access to its massive server farm. So, amazon owns a company that supports books on their Kindle and the amazon Kindle app which is also available to download on Apple’s app store. On the Kindle app you can find and download books that give instruction on how to grow cannabis at home. Nothing wrong with that accept that cannabis is against federal law. You can also find books on making homemade high explosives and deadly traps and weapons. You can download a copy of the original Anarchist Cookbook. Check it out…

I want to be completely clear about this. I have NO issue with Apple offering CRAP on their  music service. And I have NO issue with amazon Kindle offering THE ANARCHIST COOKBOOK and other equally suspect titles to their readers. I am all for freedom of speech and all it entails. Its the blatant hypocrisy and the double standards that piss me off. You can download FUCK the police, and you can download The Anarchist Cookbook, but you better not tweet about how the 2020 presidential election was compromised by voter fraud. How in the world have we gotten to this point. ..

Full disclosure: I own a physical printed copy of The Anarchist Cookbook. I bought it back in the early 1980’s, because I believe that knowledge is power. If the bad guys know something, I want to know it too. Just so they will not have an advantage. If you want a copy of The Communist Manifesto, or Mein Kampf, then have at it . That is after all, what FREE speech is all about. Remember, as you leaf through your personal copy of The Necronomicon, FREE speech only works if it is ubiquitous.
