Over the past month I have been working out daily as I had planned. Weekdays I try to get a one hour workout in each morning usually between 9:00 a m and 10. My schedule is set up to feature free weights more heavily on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But aerobics are done each day for half the workout period. Over the first few months, I plan on working heavily on arm development as I feel that is the area I have become most weekend due to a broken arm and two carpel tunnel surgeries. I have already noticed a significant improvement in this area. As the weather warms up, outdoor walking will be added to my routine.
