I am on the road to building a pretty nice personal gym, at home in the ManCave. Once upon a time, I had a massive amount of heavy free weights and all that goes with it. This will be different. I am too old for that kind of workout. These days, I will be leaning more towards cardio and low impact aerobics . My goal is to get back in shape, and to stay that way for as long as I can. I am going to try to work out about one hour a day, Monday through Friday. As the weather permits I will be walking
