In the early 2,000’s I took a break from WANTED and hooked up with another local country band called Southern Breeze. My longtime friend Buddy Sexton formed the group and was the lead guitarist and vocalist, along with Bobby Randolph on rhythm guitar and vocals, Randell Thompson on bass and vocals, and Butch Tompkins /Mark Parkenson on drums. I was with this band for around 5 years. We mostly plaid local bars but had so much fun in the process. Buddy did some guitar work in the studio for me while all this was going on. I have added three of the tracks he worked on with me below. I sure miss that guy. He was a great friend and such a cool guy to play music with. One of a kind!
