I do a 20 minute aerobic circuit consisting of 20 - 45 second workout periods with 15 second rest breaks. Then I take a 2 minute water break, followed by my free weight workout. This currently consists of three circuits with dumbbells, one with a 30 pound weighted body bar. 1 with kettlebells. And 1 with a 20 pound slam ball. Some power walking and a cool down. And that is about it for now. So far, it’s good!
